DESCRIPTION:Trail Run at Lair o’ the Bear Park – All Levels Welcome! \nJoin us for a refreshing and empowering morning on the trails at Lair o’ the Bear Park near Idledale\, Colorado! Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting to explore trail jogging\, this event is for ALL women of ALL levels. \nWe’ll be offering two group options: \n\n\nAnne’s Group will take on the full 6.4-mile loop to Panorama Point. This moderately challenging route features scenic creekside paths and rewarding views of Mt. Blue Sky. \n\n\nKaylene’s Group will take a shorter\, beginner-friendly route\, focusing on easy jogging with built-in heart rate recovery breaks—perfect if you’re newer to trail running or want a more relaxed pace. \n\n\nPace does not matter—our focus is on community\, movement\, and confidence on the trails. \nGroup size is limited based on local county rules. RSVPs are required\, and a waitlist will be available once we reach capacity. \n🚻 Restrooms available at the trailhead🐶 Dogs allowed (on leash)
