DESCRIPTION:Test your grit with our 1 Mile Challenge! Push yourself to increase your pace for one mile and feel the burn! This is for hikers\, walker\, joggers\, and runners. Memmen Ridge is a loop trail that is 1.5 miles long. We will start off by walking half a mile to warm up\, then push yourself at whatever level that is right for you! Complete as many laps as you like. A trail guide will be there the whole time so you will never be left alone.

DESCRIPTION:Come join us for a walk-a-thon! The Bingham Lake trail is a flat\, one mile loop in the Pinery in Parker. This week we will focus on completing as many laps as you can in one hour. You can walk it\, jog it\, run it or strut it – whatever fits your fancy! We also want to invite any stroller moms to join us this week – the trail is flat and easy to push your stroller on.  You’ll get a great view of the mountains\, local wildlife\, and discover a little hidden gem right here in Parker! The path is wide and perfect for social walking in groups.
