SUMMARY:Hike at Catamount Falls via Thomas Trail
DESCRIPTION:Who’s up for a challenge? We will be tackling Catamount Falls trail\, a beautiful out & back that will take us past three scenic waterfalls stemming from Pikes Peak Mountain. The first half of this trail is mostly an incline but there are a few nice spots to enjoy the scenic views on the way up. Once you get to the “Garden of Eden”\, the second half of the hike flattens out except for the short and steep incline towards the South Catamount Reservoir. \nTrail Details: \n\nDifficulty: Challenging \nDistance: 6.7 miles\nElevation Gain: ~1990 feet\nSteep ascents and river crossings\n\nWhat to Bring: \n\nSturdy shoes\nTrekking poles\nLayers for any weather changes\nWater and snacks\nSun protection\n\nShare in the joy of conquering a challenge all while enjoying the company of others. \nTrail Guides: Denise Reynolds and Kaylene Macias

DESCRIPTION:Summer is about to land so join us for a relaxing and fun-filled morning out on the water at Chatfield Reservoir. We’ll launch from the area next to Colorado Watersports and spend our time paddling\, soaking up the sun\, and connecting with other amazing women. \nWhether you’re bringing a kayak or stand-up paddleboard (SUP)\, please plan to set up your gear independently. We’re excited to have beginners join us\, but our trail guides won’t be able to assist with equipment assembly during the event. \nWe recommend reviewing your gear ahead of time and practicing setup at home if needed.
