SUMMARY:10k Trail Running Training
DESCRIPTION:Why run alone when you can run with friends! Join our 10 week training program and build stamina and muscle while exploring the vast trail running systems close to home. Training is for the beginner to experienced runner. Our two coaches are at the front and back of the group\, so you will never get lost or left behind. Each week you will explore a new trail in and around Parker. We will teach you proper running techniques\, endurance tricks\, and helpful trail running gear. To celebrate your graduation of the 10k program\, your team will run the Bear Chase 10k on September 29th followed by a celebratory brunch. (Race fee and brunch not included in training registration). Must be able to comfortably run for 30 minutes or for 2-3 miles to register. We meet Sunday mornings.
