This is your chance to check it out in a fun\, no-pressure environment! \nJoin us for a FREE Sunday event where you can meet our coach\, learn a few basic skills\, and get a feel for what the training is all about. Not sure about committing yet? Perfect—this is your opportunity to try it out first. \nAnd if you’re not considering the training at all—no problem! Everyone is welcome to come ride\, learn\, and enjoy time on the trails with an awesome group of women. \nWe’ll meet at Bayou Gulch Open Space\, a great spot for beginner riders and those with some experience. Coach Anne Sand and Assistant Liz Konley will start with a few foundational skills in the parking lot\, then once everyone feels comfortable\, we’ll head out for an easy\, confidence-building ride on the trail. \nThis is a great chance to: \n\nBuild confidence on your bike\nAsk questions about gear and technique\nMeet the coach and community\nGet a sneak peek before committing to training\n\nBecause let’s be honest… who doesn’t love trying something before diving in? \nAbout the Program\nThe Women’s Adventure Club specializes in team-based fitness\, bringing women together through adventure\, community\, and personal growth.
