Lera Worman

Lera Worman is a certified personal trainer and swim coach, but her greatest passion is triathlon. She discovered cycling in 2017 when she signed up for her first sprint triathlon with no prior experience—just a willingness to dive in and learn. Biking quickly became her escape and a lifelong love.

After having her two children in 2020 and 2021, Lera struggled to regain her fitness and doubted she’d ever get back to competition shape. But getting out on her bike, even in small moments, helped her feel stronger, more confident, and like the best version of herself. Now, she’s passionate about helping other women experience that same transformation through cycling and triathlon.

Lera is a mom to two kids (5 and 3) and also cares for two ponies and two goats. She will be competing in the Boulder Ironman on June 14th this year. She is excited to bring her expertise and passion to the Women’s Adventure Club, empowering women to push their limits and discover their strength on two wheels.
