Give Back to the Trails – Volunteer Day at Rock Park
Join us for a special opportunity to give back to the trails we love! We’re partnering with Douglas County Parks, Open Space & Trails (P.O.S.T.) for a hands-on trail maintenance day at Rock Park in Castle Rock.
This is a meaningful way to support the outdoor spaces we use every week—helping keep trails clear, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. We’ll be working together to clear overgrown sections of trail, all while spending time outside with an amazing group of women.
No experience is needed—just a willingness to lend a hand and be part of something bigger! 
What to Expect:
- All tools and equipment will be provided
- Safety vests will be provided and must be worn during the event
- Guided support from P.O.S.T. staff
Important Guidelines:
- RSVP below (Contact, location, and parking information will be displayed after you RSVP)
- Be prepared to sign a waiver on-site or register in advance using this link
- Wear closed-toe shoes (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Keep hands free for work (zippered pockets or a backpack recommended)
- Bring work gloves (if you have them), a hat, sunscreen, water, and snacks—keeping items minimal and hands free as noted above.
- Please stay home if you’re feeling unwell
