10k Trail Running Training

Wanting to get stronger on trail and in your mind? Have a goal to complete a 5k, 10k or even a half marathon this new year?  Join us this winter for the next session of run training! If you can run/walk for at least 20 minutes then this is the place for you! We will educate you on form, pacing, intervals, stretching, gear, and more.  You will be stretching, walking, jogging, and running with your team. Together you’ll discover new local trails every Sunday as we motivate each other to push our limits and strengthen our minds. You will never be last and you will never be left behind.. No matter your pace, you have a place with us! Optional weekday workouts will be provided. For your graduation from this program, we will run the All Out Spring Fever on Sunday, March 23. Afterwards, we’ll celebrate with a team luncheon in Downtown Denver. (Luncheon and race registration not covered in registration).
