Explore Red Rock Canyon Open Space, home to an old quarry dating back to the 1800s. Marvel at the enormous geometric cuts in the rock face — some of the largest formations in the park. Along the way, enjoy excellent views of Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. The trail is open year-round, though there is very little shade, so plan for cooler or cloudy days when possible.
