Ready to roam where the elk play and the views are next-level? Join us for an unforgettable hike through the stunning Upper Cheesman Canyon Trail in Sedalia, CO!

This trail has everything — think forested paths, rocky outcrops, peaceful waterbodies, and views that’ll have you saying “whoa” at every turn. You’ll wander through a mix of shady trees and open hillsides with sweeping views of the Cheesman Reservoir and surrounding wilderness. Keep an eye out for elk, deer, and the always-entertaining yellow-bellied marmots!

What to Bring:

• Grippy hiking shoes/boots
• Plenty of water & snacks
• Sunscreen & hat
• Trekking poles (optional, but helpful)
• Rain layer (just in case)
• Binoculars or camera for wildlife viewing!
