Intermediate 5k Trail Running

Joins us for an 6 week training program and develop your running skills with us! Team training runs will be on a local track the first week and then we’ll get your out on the trail! Every week will will be exploring a new trail around Douglas County.  We will help you with proper warm ups, form, speed work, cool downs, stretching, shoes, and apparel. Our volunteer trail caboose will remain at the back of the group so you will never get lost and will never be left behind.
