Manitou Incline Training

Join our team and conquer one of Colorado’s top bucket list challenges! The Manitou Incline gains over 2,000 feet of elevation in less than a mile, with grades of 43% to 68% Wow! We will utilize our local inclines to build your strength to tackle all 2,744 steps at the Manitou Incline on November 10th! Climbing stairs is a great way to amp your core muscle strength. It engages every major muscle in your lower body: glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps, abs, and calves. At the conclusion of our training, we’ll head down to the Incline and do it together! Afterwards we’ll celebrate with a team luncheon in Manitou Springs. (Luncheon not covered in registration).
