Memmen Ridge 1 Mile Challenge

FreeTest your grit with our 1 Mile Challenge! Push yourself to increase your pace for one mile and feel the burn! This is for hikers, walker, joggers, and runners. Memmen Ridge is a loop trail that is 1.5 miles long. We will start off by walking half a mile to warm up, then push yourself at whatever level that is right for you! Complete as many laps as you like. A trail guide will be there the whole time so you will never be left alone.
