As a post-menopausal woman herself, Carey combines professional expertise with lived experience to support women through this season with compassion, education, and practical tools. Through her coaching work, she helps women navigate menopause by focusing on sustainable habits, whole-person wellness, and creating a life that feels strong, connected, and fulfilling.
