Because intimacy and sexual wellbeing are such an important — and often overlooked — part of this stage of life, this year’s framework gives this topic its own dedicated focus.

Through guided discussion and reflection, we’ll explore:

• What’s happening during this stage of life
• Tools and strategies to support your journey
• The person you are becoming through this transition

The experience concludes with an interactive breakout session designed to bring everything together and help you create your own vision for moving forward.
