Take your trail running to the next level this fall with the Women’s Adventure Club Fall Trail Running Team. This 9-week program is designed for runners with an established base who are ready to improve endurance, build strength on varied terrain, and gain confidence tackling longer distances and more challenging trails.
Train alongside a supportive community of women while exploring new trails each week under the guidance of experienced coaches. You’ll focus on trail-specific skills, pacing, climbing and descending techniques, and race-day strategies as you prepare for the Colorado Cold Rush 10K. Whether you’re looking to improve your time, run stronger on technical terrain, or finish the season with a challenging goal, this program will help you arrive at the start line prepared and confident. We will continue to follow the run walk program that is a successful and less injury prone approach to running.
After race day, celebrate your hard work and accomplishments with a team gathering at a local restaurant. Race registration fees are not included in the training program cost.
