New to mountain biking? This is the perfect place to start. Our 8-week Level 1 Beginner Mountain Biking Program is designed for women who are brand new to the sport or have only ridden a few times. You’ll learn the foundational skills you need to feel confident and safe on beginner-friendly trails. Each week, we’ll focus on basic techniques like body position, braking, shifting gears, and handling small obstacles. You’ll practice in a supportive, encouraging environment with other beginners and a coach who’s here to help you every step of the way.
Expect short rides, lots of skill-building, and plenty of fun. Whether your goal is to ride local trails, join your first biking event, or just enjoy a new outdoor adventure—you’ll leave this program feeling strong, empowered, and ready to roll.
