At The Women’s Adventure Club, we believe every woman deserves the opportunity to explore, grow, and thrive in the outdoors, especially if she’s new to an active lifestyle. Our team training programs are designed to meet you wherever you are—whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or ready to take on your next challenge. With expert coaching, structured workouts, and a supportive community of women cheering you on every step of the way, you’ll have the tools and encouragement to build strength, endurance, and confidence.

No experience? No problem! Whether you’re new to running, biking, hiking, or just getting started with fitness, our programs are inclusive and welcoming to women of all abilities. We want to help you get outside, embrace the outdoors, and thrive—we don’t measure your success by speed or strength. What matters most is you reaching your personal goals, having fun, and feeling empowered every step of the way.

Each class creates a space where you don’t just build physical strength, but also enjoy the process. Your coaches and teammates will know your name, celebrate your progress, and make these workouts the highlight of your week—spent with new friends who are there to support you. Our training programs offer structured workouts and coaching guidance to ensure you feel supported every step of the way. Cancellation Policy:

We love tackling trails in all conditions—rain, shine, sleet, or snow. To ensure you’re prepared for any weather, we recommend checking out our gear shop for the best equipment to keep you comfortable and safe. We take pride in showing that weather can’t hold us back and that we can overcome any challenge. However, please note that in extreme cases, if the weather poses a significant safety risk, we will cancel the event and notify all attendees. Your safety is our top priority.


Refund Policy:

Thank you for supporting our grassroots organization! Please note that all registrations are final. We are unable to offer refunds, credits, or deferrals for any of our training programs, special events, or workshops. We understand that travel, injuries, and unexpected conflicts can arise. However, your registration directly supports our planning process and allows us to fairly compensate our coaches and event leaders—who dedicate significant time and energy preparing for each participant.

Liz Konley

Liz is a Colorado native who has always felt most at home outdoors. As an adult, she began sharing her favorite adventures with friends, hoping they would discover the same joy, confidence, and renewal she finds in nature.  As WAC’s Event Director, she channels that passion into creating opportunities for women to connect, challenge themselves, and find renewal in the outdoors.
