At the Women’s Adventure Club, our programs are noncompetitive by design. Our mission is to meet every woman exactly where she is—physically, mentally, and emotionally—and help her build confidence, connection, and a lasting love for movement. Coaching with WAC is more than leading a workout; it’s about creating an uplifting space where women feel safe, supported, and seen. We believe in building strong teams, fostering friendships, and celebrating every step forward—together.
Our training programs are led by passionate, experienced coaches who are dedicated to empowering women and helping them reach their goals. We’re currently seeking seasoned coaches who are excited to collaborate, contribute ideas, and help cultivate a positive and inclusive environment for every participant.

We are Seeking Coaches to Help Us Build the Following Programs:








We Seek Coaches Who:
- Have Experience: A strong background in your selected activity and a passion for teaching others.
- Foster Inclusivity: Create a welcoming atmosphere for women of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced athletes.
- Lead with Enthusiasm: Inspire and motivate participants with clear guidance and encouragement while promoting positivity and teamwork.
- Love the Outdoors: Share your passion for outdoor activities and help participants enjoy the beauty and challenges of training in nature.
- Value Community: Build connections and foster an environment where every participant feels valued and included.
- Prioritize Safety: Maintain high safety standards, communicate protocols effectively, and be knowledgeable about risk management.
- Encourage Growth: Help women build fitness, confidence, and resilience by tailoring coaching to meet diverse skill levels.
- Hold First Aid/CPR Certification: Certification is required, and we’re happy to guide you if you need help getting certified.
Responsibilities
- Lead Weekly Sessions: Host engaging, structured training every Sunday morning over a 10–12-week program.
- Plan the Curriculum: Work with the Training Program Director to create a plan that builds participants’ strength, skills, and endurance.
- Organize the Graduation Event: Coordinate the final event or race and a celebratory team luncheon, including carpooling logistics.
- Promote Safety: Ensure participants follow safe practices and understand all guidelines.
- Educate Participants: Share knowledge about essential gear, trail etiquette, preparation, hydration, and refueling.
- Maintain First Aid/CPR Certification: Be prepared to respond to emergencies with up-to-date certifications.
- Build Community: Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that encourages camaraderie and teamwork.
- Stay Committed: Attend all training sessions and actively participate in the coaching community, including workshops throughout the year.
- Capture Memories: Take photos during training and events to share on our social media.
