Lead the Ascent to Colorado’s Highest Peaks!

We’re looking for knowledgeable and enthusiastic coaches who are ready to share their skills and experience in conquering Colorado’s iconic mountain climbs. As a coach, you’ll guide participants through essential climbing techniques, build their confidence, and create a supportive environment that fosters camaraderie.  Our training programs meet every Sunday morning, creating a consistent and supportive once-a-week meetup. Coach positions are compensated, and coaches will have a central role in designing this program to meet the needs of our members. As a valued member of our team, you’ll also have the opportunity to participate in our exclusive Coach’s Workshop—a space for personal growth, connection, and skill-building with fellow coaches.

Provide information on trail etiquette, preparation strategies, proper apparel, and refueling during climbs.
