Meadow Loop and Juniper Loop Mountain Bike Ride – Sandstone Ranch
Get ready for a fun adventure on the trails of Sandstone Ranch! This ride will take us on two scenic loop trails, covering about 7 miles with 672 feet of elevation gain.
This outing is ideal for beginner to beginner-plus riders—perfect if you’ve been on a mountain bike before and are ready to add in a bit of terrain variety. The route winds through striking sandstone formations, shady pine and juniper groves, and rewards you with outstanding elevated views of nearby ranchlands, the Rampart Range, and the rolling hills north of Palmer Lake and west of Larkspur.

Tips for the Ride:
- Bring plenty of water and snacks to stay fueled
- Make sure your bike is in good working condition and set up for mountain biking
- Helmet and sturdy shoes are REQUIRED
- Gloves are optional for extra comfort and grip
