Mental Health Support & Education
Because mental health shouldn’t be a solo journey
Life’s challenges—grief, burnout, caregiving, identity shifts, and major transitions—can leave us searching for support and practical strategies. Movement, nature, and connection help—but sometimes we need more. Our Mental Health Support & Education Events combine education, reflection, and community to help women navigate life with clarity and confidence. Each event is standalone and topic-focused, so you can join when the topic resonates most.
These experiences provide a safe, inclusive space to learn, practice tools, and connect with other women who understand the journey. They are designed to complement—not replace—professional mental health care. Join us to listen, practice, apply, and connect—and take meaningful steps toward stronger mental well-being.
